Mexican dessert, the Flipped Pineapple

The upside is a pineapple dessert typical Mexican cuisine. Basically it is a cake filled with pineapple and cherries, and the result is juicy because it is the pineapple juice makes a great cake. The recipe I found in a Mexican site, so you have a Latin language, but I think it does not understand any problem.
Flipped Pineapple ingredients.
300 g. butter
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
150 g. SUGAR mascabado
8 cherries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. Baking powder
1 cup of pineapple syrup
8 slices of pineapple in syrup
Preheat oven to 200 ยบ C. Melt the butter. Add sugar, eggs one by one and condensed milk. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, stirring gently. Alternating with the syrup mixture.
Greased with enough butter mold of a 30 centimeters in diameter and cover the bottom with sugar mascabado. Accommodate the pineapple slices in the gaps of these place the cherries. Pour the dough into the mold. Ovens 45 to 60 minutes. When finished baked lubricants.
The result is a delicious tart cherries and pineapple.
